When will my delivery arrive?

We deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We accept orders up until 12 noon. Deliveries are then made between 12noon and 7pm. (Deliveries to Schools are made before 3.30pm and to businesses before 5pm). Unfortunately, we cannot meet requests for timed deliveries as our drivers must select the most efficient route depending on the quantity and location of deliveries.

Can I pre-order?

Absolutely! We love pre-orders and it ensures you don’t miss out on the day. Because we create a different design each day, we won’t be able to tell you exactly what your bunch will look like, but we can assure you it will always be fresh, seasonal and beautiful. 

What if there's a problem delivering my order?

We are unable to make multiple delivery attempts on the same day. If your order is undeliverable, we will return it to our studio, notify you, then wait for further instruction from you before a second delivery is made (a re-delivery fee will be incurred).

How do I edit an order?

If you need to make any changes before 12noon of delivery day, please send the update along with your order number to:

What if no one is at home to accept the delivery?

Our couriers will leave the order in a safe place at the front door. All our bouquets are delivered in a water source so they will stay fresh for several hours if left unattended.
