Organic Honey Sticky Chai
Australian Honey always the best, mixed with black tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, cloves, star anise, turmeric and black peppercorns to bring this heart warming honey sticky chai. It brings the buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow and toasty, with a lovely golden colour.
Simmer with milk on the stovetop for about ten minutes, then garnish with a cinnamon stick. No sugar required – the infused Australian honey already did the job and bringing enough sweet.
Ingredients: Honey, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Black Tea, Cardamom, Turmeric, Aniseed, Peppercorn, Clove & Salt.
Serving suggestion: Add 2 heaped tablespoons to 1 cup of milk. Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes (don’t let it boil). Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
